Rock On does not collect, store, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking. The app makes no network connections.
The tuner uses your iPhone's microphone to detect the pitch of the note you're playing. Audio is processed in real time on your device and is discarded immediately after analysis. It is never recorded, saved, or transmitted anywhere. The microphone is active only while the Tuner screen is open, and you can revoke access at any time in the iPhone Settings app.
Your preferences (selected instrument and tuning, metronome tempo and settings, reference pitch, and similar options) are saved on your device so the app opens the way you left it. This information never leaves your phone and is removed if you delete the app.
Rock On is sold through the App Store. Apple handles the purchase; we never see your payment details. Apple's handling of your purchase is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Rock On is suitable for all ages and collects no information from anyone, including children.
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date.
